Our vision is to become the acknowledged leader in delivering efficient high quality health care services. Many steps were taken in 2010 toward this vision:
Symphony has established a Network-wide clinical group working on defining a set of clinical orders to help meet meaningful use. This group has already established 120 order sets across the Network.
Contract has been signed with Premier Inc. to incorporate the full clinical suite of products for Greene Memorial with Safety Surveillor being added in 2011.
In February 2010, all service line leaders met to decide on quality metrics across the Network to be aligned with other key result areas for accountability and alignment with P4P initiatives such as Anthem and United Health Care.
