The Sycamore Primary Care Center has full primary care services which are provided through an internal medicine practice, obstetrics-gynecology, pharmacy, and a patient education area.

result of an accident, injury or illness. Out team will help you develop those skills to get you back on the road again.

Specially Adapted Vehicle
We provide a fully insured automobile equipped with a variety of adaptive devices and custom tailor the equipment to meet the needs of your individual disability.
You're welcome to use our modified driver education car when you take your state examination. This will let you obtain your driver's license before investing in adaptive driving aids.
Registration Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid temporary or permanent driving permit to participate in the in-car driving portion of the program. We can help with this process, if needed. Parental consent is required for anyone under 18 years of age. A physician's referral plus a recent medical history or summary are required to participate.
 Bladder Confidence
Normal frequency of urination is considered to be 6 times per day and once per night - more is NOT NORMAL. Any leakage
of urine is NOT NORMAL. Many women accept frequency and leakage to be a normal part of the aging process, but it
doesn't have to be the case! Help is available through Kettering Rehabilitation Medicine's Bladder Confidence Program.
